Technology with its feet in the business.

We design and run digital sales channels and applied artificial intelligence for companies that trade in the real world.

What we do

Three fronts, one point of contact.

Building a website is no longer the hard part: anyone can generate a good-looking store in an afternoon. Making it hold — infrastructure, real SEO, payments, data, content and maintenance — is. That is where we start.

Ecommerce and D2C channels

Shopify stores built to sell and to be operated: catalogue, payments, shipping, tax, subscriptions and the creator-code referral stack used by the D2C brands doing it best.

Automation and applied AI

Language models wired into specific processes: product copy, FAQ handling, order and incident triage, reporting. We define what gets automated and how the output is validated before we build.

Custom digital product

Custom sites in clean HTML that load in under a second, integrations and internal software for whatever off-the-shelf tools don't cover.

Our ground

Health and wellness.

It is where we have the most mileage and where the difference shows. Our direction comes from healthcare: we understand the product, the legal claims and what can and cannot be said on a label or a product page. Supplements, cosmetics, functional food and clinical services.

  • Claims and labelling within what regulation allows
  • Product pages that sell without overpromising
  • Content with clinical judgement, not blog filler
  • Acquisition and bookings for clinics and centres

How we work

Four phases, no surprises.

Discovery

We understand the business before the technology: what sells, who buys, where time and money leak.

Proposal with numbers

Written scope, timeline and fixed price. You know the cost and what each phase includes before we start.

Phased implementation

Reviewable milestones. Performance, technical SEO, accessibility and integrations are in from the start, not bolted on.

Operation and improvement

We ship, measure and adjust with real data. Still working a year later is part of the job.

Principles

01The channel belongs to the client, not to us.
02We measure before we opine.
03Local where the business needs it.

Cases

Real cases, and the problems that show up along the way.

In a digital project problems are not the exception, they are the calendar: URLs that die in a migration, content that ends up competing with itself, automations nobody uses. The difference is not that they never happen, it is catching them in time. These are real cases, with their numbers and with what had to be corrected.

Own channel · Multidisciplinary clinic, Oleiros

One in five Google visits died on a 404

Starting point

Sixteen months of Search Console showed sustained improvement and yet the clinic felt nobody was arriving from Google.

What we did

We cross-referenced the page export against the map of old URLs and separated the ranking problem from the CTR problem.

+122%
year-on-year clicks (Aug-25 → Aug-26)
20.7 → 6.6
average position on Google
19.9%
of traffic rescued from 404s

The typical problem, how it is caught and how it is fixed

Every site with a few years behind it accumulates dead URLs: menus get reorganised, a service gets renamed, a template is migrated, and the old addresses stay ranked in Google pointing nowhere. Here it was 28 URLs holding 705 clicks and 32,139 impressions, all 404 or redirected to a loose image file: 19.9% of organic traffic leaking away. We caught it by cross-referencing the URL inventory against sixteen months of Search Console, which had never been done. Recovering that traffic took no new content, just correct redirects.

3,548 clicks and 127,918 impressions · Google Search Console, 3 May 2025 – 2 Sep 2026

Own channel · Editorial launched from zero in 2026

From seven weekly clicks to eighty-two in three months

Starting point

An editorial project started from zero, with automated publishing and no acquisition budget.

What we did

Content architecture, scheduled publishing and weekly measurement to decide what to repeat and what to cut.

×12
daily clicks in 92 days
+76%
month on month
110
URLs indexed from zero

The typical problem, how it is caught and how it is fixed

Publishing a lot without control ends up competing against yourself: two articles on the same thing split the impressions and neither reaches the top. We saw it in time in the weekly measurement, when a new topic sank the position of one that was already working. Since then no topic enters the queue without passing through a keyword map that checks whether one of our own pages is already competing.

New project: 523 clicks and 36,022 impressions in its first 92 days · Google Search Console, 25 May – 24 Aug 2026

Own channel · Physiotherapy personal brand

Our own automation cost us the two most profitable keywords

Starting point

A clinical content cluster and local SEO around ultrasound-guided techniques.

What we did

Cluster audit, architecture rewrite and hard publishing rules for the automation.

4.68
average position in the local pack
6.5
for «ecografía muscular coruña»
79%
of traffic comes from mobile

The typical problem, how it is caught and how it is fixed

The real risk of automating content is not publishing too little, it is overwriting what already works. An automation replaced mature pages with newer, thinner versions, unpublished the originals and redirected them; the site lost its two most profitable queries. Because Search Console gets reviewed weekly it was caught in days rather than months, and recovered. No automation now picks a topic without checking the anti-cannibalisation map first, and none unpublishes a page that has history.

38,365 cluster impressions · Google Search Console, 12 months to 2 Sep 2026

Vertical portal · Hyperbaric medicine, A Coruña

A content portal that doubles as a directory of centres

Starting point

An expensive, little-known treatment surrounded by misinformation: patients search before deciding and find no source that compares options.

What we did

A reference portal with guides, a scientific evidence section, a comparator of associated centres and a weekly blog. Acquisition is not done with ads, it is done by answering the question before anyone else.

The typical problem, how it is caught and how it is fixed

The risk with a portal like this is writing to rank rather than for the patient, and ending up promising what the evidence does not support. It is controlled the other way round from usual: every article cites its source, and when a trial comes out negative it gets published too. The blog carries a piece explaining that a 2026 trial found no improvement in long covid. That is the content that makes a clinic trust you.

Client · Pet food online store

An AI shopping assistant the client never used

Starting point

An ecommerce with a wide catalogue and a lot of repeat questions before purchase.

What we did

Embeddable conversational widget in the brand's own design, with a shopping assistant and a module for conditions and veterinary questions.

The typical problem, how it is caught and how it is fixed

An automation delivered without an owner does not get used. The tool worked and was implemented, but the customer-service process was never redesigned around it, so it stalled. It is the most common failure in AI projects and it is not a technical one. Since then nothing ships from here without first defining who uses it, at what point in the day, and what task it replaces.

Client project, name not published

Own product · Clinical software

An app that writes the clinical note while you run the session

Starting point

A physiotherapist loses five to ten minutes per patient writing the clinical note, or writes it late and badly.

What we did

An application that records the session, transcribes it and returns a SOAP note in clinical language, plus a formatted patient report and an exercise plan. Trilingual, with recording consent, a data-protection notice and a paid subscription.

3
languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese
SOAP
structured clinical note
GDPR
consent and legal notice

The typical problem, how it is caught and how it is fixed

The problem with generating clinical text using a language model is that it fills gaps: it invents tests that were never performed. It gets caught by checking every note against the original audio, and fixed by forcing the model to cite only what appears in the transcript and to leave blank whatever does not. Clinical responsibility always sits with the registered professional, and the app is built to remind them of that, not to replace them.

Own product, in development

Prototype · Aesthetic medicine

AI treatment simulation, stopped on clinical judgement

Starting point

The aesthetic medicine landing page needed something to turn curiosity into a first consultation.

What we did

A prototype where the patient uploads a photo, picks treatments and gets an AI-generated simulation. Cloudflare Worker plus a widget in the CMS, access only after a form and explicit consent.

The typical problem, how it is caught and how it is fixed

In healthcare the hard part is not building it, it is deciding whether to publish it. Creating an expectation about a patient's face carries clinical and data-protection implications that have to be resolved first, not afterwards. The prototype is built and tested, and it is deliberately on hold until consent, image retention and the wording of the disclaimer are settled. We would rather say that than show a pretty demo and stay quiet about why.

Everything in your name.

We work on managed infrastructure with servers in Europe, and the domain, the email and the code always stay under your control. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you.

Pricing

We don't hide the price.

We are not the cheapest and we don't apologise for it: the price reflects the team behind it and what it costs to keep a project running. These are the entry points; every proposal closes with fixed scope, timeline and price.

Turnkey implementation

from€12,900

A complete sales channel: store, catalogue, payments, shipping, integrations and launch.

Monthly operation

from€590

Maintenance, content, SEO, analytics and continuous improvement. Six-month minimum term.

Revenue share

to agree2–4%

We align our revenue with yours when the project allows it.

Indicative prices, VAT excluded. The final proposal is agreed after discovery.

Guarantees

How we lower your risk before you sign.

Hiring a small studio is daunting, and reasonably so. These are the terms we work under, written into the contract rather than said in a meeting.

Fixed price before we start

If the scope doesn't change, the price doesn't change. No hour banks, no surprise invoices halfway through.

Phased payment, on delivery

You don't pay for the whole project up front. Each phase is invoiced once delivered and signed off by you.

Everything in your name from day one

Domain, hosting, code and the Shopify, Google and advertising accounts are opened in your company's name. There is nothing of ours for you to reclaim later.

One named person accountable

Álvaro Gómez Molina runs the project end to end and answers for it. No account manager in between, no handover every quarter.

A demo before you sign

We build a navigable version of your store, with your real catalogue, so you see exactly what you are buying before committing.

A clean exit

If you decide to stop, you take everything delivered up to that date, documented and working, and we help hand it over to whoever continues.
